This is a great apartment for vacation rentals. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with shower), a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely enclosed balcony off the living room looking over to Emek Refaim. The balcony brings natural air and light all day long for the entire year.
The apartment is very welcoming, fully furnished and decorated with the owners paintings on the walls. It is on the first floor (30 stairs, no elevator), you’ll find cable TV, wireless internet connection, A/C units in both the bedroom and the living room, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove and microwave).
The bed in the bedroom is 1.40 meters and the sofa opens up to a bed, thus the apartment can sleep up to 4 guests.
The location is excellent and very pictures; you are right off of Emek Refaim where you may find plenty of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, shopping and great public transportation.
