The living room is very spacious with a dining area. The kitchen is Kosher and fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and one with a bed that can open to a double, from both these rooms there is an exit to a balcony. The third room is a small room with a bed that can also open to a double, this room has one window facing the inner apartment (not outside).
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, you will find central a/c, two sinks, a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The apartment is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the main hotels (King David, Inbal, David Citadel, etc.), the Mamilla mall, the Old City, the Great Synagogue (Heichal Shlomo), Emek Refaim St. (restaurants, coffee shops and shopping area), the pedestrian mall at Ben Yehuda St., the center of town and more. Within an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment, you will find the following services: a grocery store, a supermarket, cafe Lounge, a movie theatre, synagogues, restaurants, bars, the Jerusalem Theater and public transportation to all parts of the city.
