Emek Refaim street is replete with cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets, health food stores, clothes and jewelry shops, bakeries and so much more, all on your doorstep. Restaurant choices include Sushi, Middle-Eastern, Italian, ice cream parlors as well as a winery and delicatessens. Public transportation is easily accessible as well as many attractions within walking distance, such as the Jerusalem Theater, Mamilla and not too far from the old city as well.
The new Train Track recreation path for walking, running or cycling leads to the cultural and social hub of the First Station and at present nearly to Malcha mall (approx 8 km) in the other direction.
**- Parking is limited, There are approximately 4 (free) parking spaces in front of the apartment. Parking is on a first come, first served basis. There is usually parking, however, there may be times when there is no availability. In which case, there is metered street parking right nearby.
