In 2017 the Alon Central company expanded their services to the Central and Sharon areas in Israel. A real estate agent from Netanya, Tamar Ritchie, has recently joined our team, and thus we opened a branch in the Sharon area with an emphasis on Netanya.

Ramat Poleg is the southernmost neighborhood in Netanya near Highway 2 and the Wingate Institute. It is considered one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the city. It is characterized mainly by single-family homes, but in the est there are also buildings of 7-17 stories. It offers services such as: commercial center, elementary schools, kindergartens, and more. One of it’s most outstanding advantages is it’s proximity to the urban centers such as: the beach, Ir Yammim shopping mall, and the Sapir Industrial Zone.

The Ir Yammim neighborhood, is a new, and the most esteemed neighborhood in Netanya. Most of the apartments in the neighborhood are large with 5 rooms or more​

Ir Yammim is located on the seashore  of the city of Netanya with plenty of greenery and wide parks surrounding it. There is even a nature reserve to the north of it. The neighborhood has a large shopping mall, the Ir Yammim Mall, where there are plenty of restaurants, Cafes, and parking places.
